How have I waited so long and not gone to this Coconut Grove staple? Its ok, it was worth the wait!
The only reason I did not give this place a full 5 stars was that the service was not so good at the time. We waited a long time for someone to come to our table just to get our drinks, only to have another waiter realize we had not been helped. When our waiter finally did arrive to take our order, it took a very long time to get any follow up. We ordered hazelnut syrup, this was not provided. When trying to remind our server of this, couldnt find him and it took him a really long time to come by again to check on us. Same thing for requesting the check, getting the check, and getting it paid. I finally had to stand up and walk to the front service to pay my bill, only to be intercepted by my waiter. And then another wait to sign my card…
that aside, the food was very good! Highly recommend Steve’s Banana Pancakes and the Jamaican Jerk eggs. I would also like to point out that breakfast potatoes are pretty standard and are nothing to be excited for usually…but here…they stand out! I want to go again just to repeat the exact items I ordered …but I will be sure to get a different waiter.
It was my first time in Miami and I was the first one to arrive that day. My friend was able to take me out and show me around a little bit that night. Thursdays happen to be college night at The Grove. We stopped here since Fat Tuesday was kinda dead. I love their comfy couches and people watching. I didn’t have any food, but they do give you some spicy nuts and crackers to munch on. The ambiance is great!
Got a chance to try this place out. Very good. Didn’t have a long wait, got seated right away. The giant chairs they have freak me out a bit, but that’s just me.
Food came out fast, I had the orange chicken which was cooked really well. The skin could have been a tad bit crisper, but I’m nitpicking. The meat was tender so I don’t have any complaints. Friends had no complaints about their food either, so all is good.
We had the Tempura Banana desert, which was really good. I was already full to begin with, but I managed to find room for this. It was a good combo of warm/cold/sweet/and FRIED. Can’t go wrong with fried.
The waiter was friendly and came around to refill waters/bread as needed. Gave us some suggestions on what to do while in Florida and was generally a nice guy.
If you’re in Miami, grab a bite here, the food is good!
I absolutely LOVE this place! We have Sunday brunch here every Sunday. We love Amy and Emily at the bar. They always greet you with a smile and great service. The managers are also always very pleasant and come say hello and make sure everything is ok. I decided to go for lunch since I have never really been there except for brunch. The food was amazing. I started with a cup of the zuchini/basil soup which was so delicious. I learned that they don’t use cream but chicken stock so it’s low fat (bonus!) For an entree I had the fig salad and substituted the cheese with goat cheese. Probably one of the best salads I have had. Only down side is that it didn’t come with a protein like chicken or fish, but you can easily add that. For dessert, I highly recommend the tres leches…HMMMMMMM! I left very happy and with a full tummy!
We came here as our last stop on our bar/restauarant crawl in Coconut Grove. What attracted us there were these red couches that you can lounge on outside right by the street. They had (fake) candles lit up so it was very romantic/intimate. They also had music in the background. The staff was very friendly. They also had a great late night menu that we ordered from. We all got a few Blue Moons and a pizza that was pretty good. Could have been a bit crispier but overall was very yummy. It was a great place for a last stop to sit and chat and enjoy the outdoors!
I didn’t want to like this place. I was secretly hoping it wasn’t that good so I could throw it in friend’s faces when they talked about it. I was wrong, at least about breakfast. Came here on a Sunday morning with the Big Girl and we were not disappointed. I ordered an omelet with bacon & goat cheese. BG got the pancakes. Both items were spectacular, The service was on point and always eager to help in any way possible. I cannot wait to try their lunch/dinner menu. I will then update the review. My only knock was that they offer free Wi-Fi but it was not working at the time. These things do happen, so I can let it slide.
I haven’t been here for a while, but had a “power breakfast” at Greenstreet’s last week. Normally I don’t do power breakfasts, but it was a nice day and we had a table outside. This is a great breakfast and weekend brunch spot as you can do some serious people watching. My friend had the french toast and it was a very generous portion – even he couldn’t finish it. The food is good, the service is good and the ambiance is classic Grove. What’s not to like??
A Coconut Grove staple, this quaint corner restaurant is one of my all time favorites. Not only are their red plush outdoor couches fun to sit in, but their food is amazing! My personal favorite is the Mediterranean platter for dinner and their goat cheese and tomato omelet for brunch. I have dreams about that omelet! If you get seated right away, the service is usually fast and you get to enjoy a beautiful meal on an active sidewalk corner. The perfect start or end to any day!
Thank you Michael! And all the Greenstreet family. You all have truly made us as newcomers to FL and the neighborhood feel welcome and find a home. And Anna loves ya , but you know that see ya saturday! And Sunday… Ed and Nance
GreenStreets is consistant and always a treat when I visit. Had the Ceasar Salad w Jerk Chicken yesterday, one of my favorites… The crowd is always eclectic & on a sunny bright day it’s always a special treat… Kudos to you GreenStreet Cafe…
Truth is- I have always wanted to hate GreenStreet. Whether it’s the anti-establishment part of me that is irked by the massive amounts of people that either check-in here or present it as the Grove/Gables brunch place to see or be seen OR the reason for my deduction of 1/2 a star- the not-so-spectacular lunch/dinner menu.
I have always very confidently marched right past GreenStreet each and every Sunday morning towards Calamari where I would happily enjoy their fantastic brunch buffet. Here’s the thing- I diet 6 days a week and eventually the stuffing my face at Calamari on Sundays was beginning to catch up to me. So what to do?!!? I’m a brunch-loving girl and needed a new place to sit outside and enjoy my most favorite Sunday pastime where I don’t gorge myself like a pig!
So the next Sunday I reluctantly give my name to the hostess and was actually pleasantly surprised when the wait I was quoted was 20 min or less! Considering the crowd gathered that was a huge win. The host stand is excellently ran at GS and both this visit and subsequent visits, I have been seated quickly and always within my quoted wait time- which I very much appreciate.
So now that I’m seated we will get on to the service and the food. The service is IMPECCABLE. The servers have always been incredibly attentive and accommodating to my picky palate. The food for Brunch is very good- My personal faves are the Lox Platter with a Multi-Grain bagel and either the Scrambled Eggs (sub egg-whites) with Caviar or with Lox and Onion. Yum!! Get them to replace the potatoes that come with the Scrambled eggs with Grits with American Cheese–Double YUM!!! Also bonus points for having a variety of interesting and potent Brunch beverages aside from the traditional and boring Mimosa and Bloody Mary. With that being said- if you aren’t going to GS for Brunch then I would be wary as the other menus aren’t bad but they are just average. You won’t be in for the great experience above.
So in conclusion, I am proud to say that I have very much repented from my GreenStreet Brunch hating ways into a loyal GreenStreet Groupie.
Blueberry Pancakes, Grove Goddess, Two Eggs Any Style – We only had the opportunity to come here for brunch but it was amazing. The decor is to die for and even with no outdoor seating available (it was raining) we waited only 10 minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon to be seated. Our waiter (Roberto Carlos) was amazing and was very helpful in suggesting his favorite menu items. You must try the Grove Goddess. Not your typical alcoholic brunch beverage (ie mimosa) but very satisfying. The half order of Blueberry Pancakes could have easily fed two people and the potatoes served with their eggs are incredible. While it is a bit expensive and most items are a la carte, it’s definitely worth it. If we ever make it back to The Grove, we’ll be coming back for brunch.
I visited green street for lunch. I had a great lunch. Awesome server named dwight, i tried there mango daquirie and it sucked don’t recommend it. I had the lamburgur and it was pretty good, mind you ive never had lamb so i dont know what to look for. The meat lasagna is super savory i recommend, but what took the cake that day was the skirt stake. Oh man was it good , flavorful and juicy man i could taste it now. yea i recommend this place for lunch.
I went with my boyfriend and had a wonderful time. The waiter really made us feel like VIP even though he had a full party of wedding guests to attend to. The food was wonderful. I had the special that was a Corvina fish and my boyfriend had the peppercorn steak, both were divine. I have been here before for brunch and its great for people watching. The atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend this venue.

If I could have 10 stars on this place I would. Greenstreet is the Best Miami Restaurants in Coral Gables. Where should I begin?
Breakfast: I’m a regular there and usually have bagel with cream cheese and a side of potatoes. coffee in a to go cup and a diet coke…..this is AMAZING!!
There chocolate chip pancakes are FIRE and scrambled eggs with ham, out of this world.
Lunch: My favorite chicken wrap with fries!!!!!!!!! Those thin slice fries you just want more and more.
Dinner: I usually have the Penne chicken pasta. Really good, it comes in a pink sauce which is incredible.
I go there at least once a week and every time I go my expectations are met.
Alex the manager is always greeting customers while still running the restaurant to the max. He is really friendly and always makes sure the customer is happy.
Justin is an amazing waiter. I get there he already knows exactly what I want. My husband was impressed one morning when we arrived, he thought that something was up because no had welcomed us at the table but it was that Justin saw us come in and when he came to welcome us he had already in hand my diet coke, coffee in a to go cup and two glasses of water!!!!! 10 stars for Justin.
Overall this place is my ultimate favorite. It is definitely one of the Top Ten Miami Restaurants. I can live off of GREENSTREET my whole life. I enjoy this place sooooooo much I purchased the shirts that the waiters and waitresses wear!!!
I’ve been here countless times, all good experiences. If you haven’t been to Greenstreet then you haven’t really seen Coconut Grove. It’s a Grove staple as many places have come and gone over the years and this one seems to have that certain “je ne sais quoi” that has kept it open and thriving over the years.
This place has great outdoor seating, very friendly servers, one of the best breakfasts in town, and a full bar. I would say it is a top Miami restaurant. Noteworthy items on the menu are the: banana pancakes, French toast, lamburger, and fig salad. You really can’t go wrong… they must be doing something right!
I am tempted to give this place 5 stars but I’ve only been here once…so far. A great restaurant in Coconut grove with plenty of outdoor seating. It was breakfast time so I ordered some french toast and oj. It was really good. Wasn’t able to finish it so don’t worry about getting small portions. The service was also really good. The guy recognized that I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t forget about me. A must go.

If you’re in Miami, grab a bite here, the food is good! A Top 10 restaurant in my book.
Been going here since I was a kid. One of the best Miami restaurants in Coconut Grove. Great Sunday brunch. Fabulous ambiance. Great for families. Dog-friendly. A place to go when you have the time to sit back and relax on a beautiful weekend afternoon. Perfect location for Grove residents (if you are not a Grove resident, I assume it would be difficult to find parking :-/ ).

I would like to give a 4 1/2 to Greenstreet since I normally reserve 5 star reviews for very unique & creative menu’s which Greenstreet doenst have. However Greenstreet is a pretty awesome place that definitely deserves more than 4, so 5 it is! As a matter of fact, it is a top ten Miami restaurant.
I have been to Greenstreet more times than I can possibly remember and it is as consistent as it gets! The food is always good, the service is always good, the ambience is always good… it is always good. If you have lived in Miami for a while you know how difficult it is to find a restaurant that STAYS good. Most start great and then take a nose dive after their success.
This place also really brings life to the Grove and has survived for many years while many other have come and gone. I can’t really say I’d change anything because clearly these folks know what they are doing but being a regular client of theirs, I would like to try something new… that’s all.
By far, one of the best Miami breakfast restaurants I have ever been! My friend and I have been whenever we want to get breakfast, and their food is definitely a good way to start your day!
I highly recommend that you try their spinach and feta omelette (it’s my favorite) together with their breakfast potatoes– amazingly crisp! Are you looking to satisfy your sweet tooth? Order Steve’s Banana pancakes! They are huge and half an order should be a good meal, but if you are extremely hungry get the full order.
I think it is one of my more favorite breakfast nooks because they offer you outdoor seating which faces the Grove– good scenery!
A Coconut Grove staple, this quaint corner restaurant is one of my all time favorite top Miami restaurants. Not only are their red plush outdoor couches fun to sit in, but their food is amazing! One of my favorite places to have breakfast by far!
Not only is it around ten minutes from my house but they always have a table ready and I’ve never had to wait.
Definitely try Steve’s Banana Pancakes, and any of their breakfast platters with their small, yet fulfilling potatoes, and toast. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.
Although Coconut Grove is resting in piece due to the influx of Midtown and Brickell, this place is always oozing with locals and tourists. It’s a big hit in my book! Definitely a Top 10 Miami Restaurant!

This joint is a home run for great people watching in Coconut Grove.
The martinis are epic, so are the bloody mary’s. I only had a cheese and bread sampler plate here this trip and it was fab. One of the best Miami restaurants…try it.
Greenstreet: a nice introduction for brunch and people watching in Miami.
The ambiance sets up for people watching during brunch or late evening when folks are ramping up to party. Upon the recommendation of a friend, we decided to hit this place up for brunch. We tickled our palette with an Herb Tomato Omelet, a stack of cakes, some Chocolate French Toast, satisfying OJ, and the obvious Cuban Coffee.
Not being from Florida (let alone Miami), it was great to enjoy brunch in a chill environment. Our waitress did forget a few items, but a friendly reminder remedied the situation. The chocolate french toast combined with the cuban coffee (espresso) made for a great filler.
I was highly impressed with the Dyson Hand Dryer … the only location I’ve seen this in is Virgin America Terminals. If Greenstreet’s attention to detail reaches the bathrooms, you know you have a great establishment. The best Miami restaurant during our trip.
GreenStreets is consistant and always a treat when I visit. Had the Ceasar Salad w Jerk Chicken yesterday, one of my favorites… The crowd is always eclectic & on a sunny bright day it’s always a special treat… Kudos to you GreenStreet Cafe…Top Miami Restaurant.
Greenstreet has been a staple in the Coconut Grove for years. I was first introduced to this place a few years back while training for a run with my running group, who would rewarded themselves to Sunday brunch after a long run. The people in the group told me that they knew the chef, who was french, and that everything there was really good. So, I accepted the invitation still sweaty and tired from my morning run. It turned out that I wasn’t the only one. On Sundays it is common to see people gathering for brunch after there morning workouts. The droves of bikers and runners venture out to this spot especially the people who have raced that day, and not to mention the walkers who also join in with their dogs. This spot has a great friendly environment and to be outside enjoying the day relaxing with a nice cup of coffee or a mimosa is a great end to my week.
After that first day, I have been back, once for dinner, once for lunch, and once for drinks at night. I really have to stress that the food isn’t phenomenal any other time than breakfast. I feel like the menu has a typical Italian cuisine with the typical meat entrees that every other restaurant offers in Miami. Drinks at happy hour or for a stop off before the clubs on the weekend is a better choice is your not going for brunch. Thursdays is college night and the rest of the weekend it seems to always be a good spot to chill and have a cocktail with some friends.
The wait in the comfy sofa chairs and benches outside is a plus too. They at least make your wait enjoyable because sometimes on a Sunday when the wait can be over an hour, you need a good seat. So, go around lunchtime, get a mimosa or bellini at the bar and relax to take in the scene in at the Grove. The inside dining room is also interesting option, if the day is not the best weather to sit outside (which is where I prefer to sit), the non conventional seats and tables inside provide an interesting feel. It almost reminds me of a library, with the dark wood and the plush chairs. The service is always great. I have eaten there so many times and tried everything with no disappointments. I usually stick to any of the egg omelets or the banana pancakes. The apple turkey sausage is another item on the menu that I add to my brunch which is also a good addition.
Of all the places that have come and go over the years in the Grove, this place has always stayed packed and in business. For me, it is one of the best restaurants to have brunch on a Sunday in Miami.
Came here during the Coconut Grove Art Show. We sat outside cause the weather was perfect to be outdoors and enjoying a meal. We started off with some calamari and it was just ok. in my opinion it had to much breading and should use a different type other than Italian bread crumbs. Then I had a Blue Cheese Burger with sauteed onions and mushrooms that was cooked perfectly. I got it with shoe string french fries. My friends had the Fig Salad with grilled chicken strips( large portion) and one other person had the same burger as I did but he got it with grilled veges. it took awhile for the food but I guess it was because of the Art Show. The waitress we had was attentive to our table filling the glasses of water and checking to see how our food was and if we needed anything else.I will definitely eat here again.
After taking our cute dogs to the park, we decided to stop by this restaurant. Loved the couches , very original idea.
The atmosphere is so Miami…laid back…nice breeze…yummy food!
Pros: happy hour from 5-7 girls drink free champagne!
Extensive menu with good Vegetarian options!
Fresh water for our pets! double plus!!!
Service so nice and friendly!
Menu items tried: Fish wrap with french fries, Goat cheese Salad and Goat cheese pizza. All three choices were really good..or so everyone said. My wrap was just right, tasted fresh and was just the right amount.
Overall, a great evening! I gotta start hanging out in the Grove more often. Greenstreet is one of the best restaurants in Coconut Grove.
I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner on different occasions. This place is a great place to come and chill with friends, and grab a bite to eat or a drink. Every time I have been here, the staff is great and very attentive, the quality of the food is pretty good and the prices really aren’t that bad compared to other places in the area and compared to what you get in Miami. I think this is one of the best Coral Gables restaurants in the area.
I absolutely loved and adored the food and location. They are central to the Grove, have such great people watching, and cute royalty chairs to sit on outside. The menu is splattered with goat cheese, Yum! I ordered the goat cheese pizza, my friend the goat cheese salad. The pizza was one of the best I’ve had yet and even better as leftovers.
Overall, the best part of GreenStreet: they are pet friendly and vegetarian friendly. A must top 10 Miami restaurant!
Great place for get togethers with friends especially for those who like a lounge type atmosphere with cool house music playing softly in the background. Their outdoor seating area is great ie., red velvet sofa’s on the side walk definately a great way to spend time to relax, enjoy your company of friends, people watch and enjoy some drinks/ cocktails/ beer/ wine, etc. Try the Mango Mojito cant go wrong! The food offered there is good as well
A Grove staple, this place has probably the BEST brunch around.
I love Green Street because everything is good. Food, drinks, atmosphere, service – it’s got it all.
You want a delicious place to enjoy a fresh lunch? Green Street. Looking for spot to meet up with the girls for a late night drink? Green Street. Need to take your in-laws to brunch? Green Street.
Green Street has both indoor and outdoor seating. Tables provide you the sit-down feel, whereas comfy couches give you a spot to grab a casual drink. The outdoor bar is the perfect spot to grab a mimosa while you wait for your table. If you prefer to sit inside, you’ll enjoy quirky decor, including a room full of books and throne-like chairs.
To be honest, I’ve only had a few things on their menu, but that’s not because it’s limiting – it’s just that their french toast is the only thing I need to make me happy! The best I’ve found in Miami! But my friends all swear by their omelets! And their potatoes are a fantastic and flavorful side that pairs with almost every dish. The bartenders know how to make a cocktail – everything is good! And their iced cappuccinos are not a bad way to cool down on a warm Miami day! Definitely a Top Miami restaurant in Coconut Grove.
Green Street is the only reason that I still go to the Grove. I love the fact that it has indoor seating (for the extremely hot days) and outdoor seating for a nice open air dining experience with plenty of people watching.
All of the brunch items here are pretty good. My favorites are the pancakes, eggs benedict, and my most recent discovery which is the goat cheese and spinach omelette. The service here is pretty good and the ambiance is great. I’ve also come for lunch and liked it as well. I had the blackened dolphin wrap. It was very tasty and fresh.
Green Street also tends to get full on some weeknights but I’ve kind of outgrown the crowd. It’s comprised of a lot of college/UM students and the guys who can’t seem to shake the college mentality. But great spot for a Coral Gables restaurant.
This is my favorite place for Sunday brunch in all of Miami. I would rate it one of the Top Ten Miami restaurants. This is one of those spots that you always go back to because you want to try everything on the menu. Thats probably why most of the people that you find there are locals.
Top picks: The smoothies (both mango and berry) are awesome, the chocolate french toast is insanely good, and the banana with chocolate chip pancakes are a must. Oh yea, the omelette’s are pretty good too!
We dropped in last night for late night happy hour which is 11p to close. It was full but we found a little table by the bar. Loud music, maybe too loud, but still yummy drinks and the caramelized onion flatbread pizza was crazy crazy gooood! The mango martini is my new fave drink I discovered here a few weeks ago Highly recommend! One of the best Miami restaurants in Coconut Grove.
GreenStreet Cafe is a must visit when you are in Coconut Grove. One of the best restaurants in the Grove.
Food: I have only been there for Brunch multiple times on the weekends and it is one of the best (if not the best) places in Miami for Brunch. I have never been disappointed by the food at all. My favorite is the Spinach and Feta omelet with their potatoes. Very good! My wife always orders the Banana Pancakes and they are to die for. Fluffy, sweet, but not too sweet and overall delicious.
Service: During Brunch the service is good. Have never had any complaints about it. Servers always have a smile on their face and are very helpful. Sometimes they seem to get sidetracked because of the amount of tables they are waiting but overall no complaints.
At night the bar scene is pretty good. I have only ordered drinks by the outside bar and the bartender is quick and serves good drinks. Price is typical of what you would expect to find.
Came here for brunch this morning with my best friends and it was amazing. The weather was close to perfect, so we decided to sit outside and enjoy it. I ordered a mimosa and the two egg meal, that comes with potatoes and toast. To top everything off, we decided to share their banana/chocolate chip pancakes. All the food was great, the atmosphere was awesome and the service was just as good. After brunch, we continued to take advantage of the weather and decided to check out some of the boutiques in the area.
Definitely planning to come here again for brunch.
You can park in either the pay-to-park street parking or in one of the many lots in the Grove.
This place gets really packed, so plan to wait a bit for a table. However, there are great couches outside where you can lounge and have a cocktail.
I could sit here all day…the food is always good, the drinks are always spot-on. If I’m gonna do an entree, it’s gonna be their salmon salad for lunch/dinner…brunch: eggs benedict – hands down. They have mimosa options that make my heart sing – anything with St. Germain in it makes me a happy girl, so gimme a Heavenly Street at my outdoor brunch table and I’m set. I’m all about people watching, and that corner is PERFECT for it.
Ambiance: Outdoors; busy in groups
Food: Good
Drinks: Didn’t drink; full bar available
We decided to go see a movie in the nearby Paragon Theater and have dinner near by. GreenStreet provides a street corner, outdoor ambience allows for smokers (cigarette and cigar) to be able to eat and drink. I am very anti-smoking, but thankfully the outdoor environment allows for clear air when the wind blows.
The bar area is wooden with tall comfortable stools. The area is lightly lit with a wide variety of liquor selection. They run a special of free house champagne for ladies during the their first happy hour. They have a second happy hour from 11:30 pm to close (with last call at 3:00 am). As a scotch drinker, their prices are reasonable and they have a “basic” selection.
I ordered the Blackend Dolphin (Mahi-Mahi) which was a good portion size and very filling
.
Bottom Line: Recommended
Sometimes, when my friends are having a bad week, when they really need a turn in their life, when they really really need a pick me up, I bring them to Green Street and make them order breakfast (served until at least 2PM, every day, by the way)
The breakfast potatoes, they are life changing. Life. Changing.
Yea yea yea, Green Street has great cocktails, appetizers, fine food, awesome decor and hot waiters, but those breakfast potatoes, they are therapy. Coupled with a tomato, goat cheese and onion omelette and you have a $12 slice of heaven, right there on your massive cocoanut grove-emblazoned plate.
Couple that slice of heaven with an iced cappuccino, and you will be ready for anything, even if it’s just non-stop gabbing about your hot waiter. Definitely a top ten Miami restaurant spot.
Great food, location, and service, cant really think of anything negative to say, would likely give this 4.5 stars.
SEATING: Relaxing place to have a meal or a couple of drinks with a small group of friends. They have both outdoor or indoor seating, with either regular tables or velvet couches to sit on. The outdoor seating was nice but table was rather small, but still managed to fit all 4 of our entrees though.
STAFF: The waiter was very attentive as well as helpful with recommendations. He even picked up when we mentioned it was my hubby’s birthday and put in a surprise for him without us requesting it, which was super nice of him.
DRINKS: My hubby has been on a quest to find a good mojito for quite sometime, and always ends up disappointed, but not here, he was really pleased with his mojito here! They also have Happy Hour twice a day, and different specials for each day (e.g., Monday, it was 1/2 off bottles of wine).
APPETIZERS: We got the fried calamari which was the perfect combination of crispy but not heavy or greasy feeling.
ENTREES: We each got one of the day’s specials as well as a salad. The prices were a bit high, but not outrageous ($16-23), with the quality of the meals well worth the price range. We shared a goat cheese salad, which came with fried goat cheese, it was a good dish to share rather than as a single person’s meal. I got the New Zealand lamb, which was very tender, well-seasoned and flavorful without being too salty, and paired well with their mashed potatoes. My husband got the NY steak, which was also very tender and flavorful but wasnt too bloody, which was perfect. Lastly, we got the lobster ravioli, which I thought was a reasonable price ($16), comparable to new england restaurants for a similar dish. It came in a creamy pink sauce that wasnt overly rich.
LOCATION: The location looked really fun too, definitely want to come back again to check out all the various shops around! One of the best restaurants Miami has to offer.
One of the few Coconut Grove restaurants open for breakfast! It was packed! The breakfast has great options and everything was great and large portions. Lots of inside outside seating.
Haven’t been there for other meals…so can only comment on the breakfast! And I will definitely return!
Best restaurant in Coconut Grove. Location is perfect. Food is good and consistent. No matter when you go, there are people there. The ambiance is great. It is truly a Grove staple. My favorite times to go are for dinner and drinks and weekend brunch. Be prepared to wait for those weekend brunches though, it gets packed; just sit back and wait at one of the many seating areas, order a bottle of champagne and drink some mimosas. Whiskey Wednesday’s are fun. And any Friday or Saturday night is great too.
Came out for a late lunch at a Coral Gables restaurant and received impeccable service. We decided to sit outside on the sidewalk to enjoy the weather along with the food. We were told we can sit anywhere we liked and the server promptly came out. He suggested the watermelon lemonade and brought out some bread.
The lemonade was very good and after the bread was finished, he asked if we wanted some more. I really appreciate a waiter who checks up on the table every few minutes and this waiter was on point. As I ordered the blackened fish wrap he suggested I get it medium due to the cooking length possibly drying out the blackened fish. I took his suggestion and the wrap was great. I got the fries with the wrap and they were very good as well.
Great service and great food at a price that won’t break the bank. One of the best breakfast restaurants in Miami.
Although me and my friends always try to go to new places, somehow we always ended up spending our weekends at Greenstreet Cafe in Coconut Grove.
Great place to seat have some drinks and catch up with friends and family.Their fries and burger are pretty good also
I would’ve loved to give this place 5 stars by sometimes the male waiters tend to forget you exists, so be patient.
Anyhow i love this place is cute, great location and you are always gonna have a great time. One of the best restaurants in Miami by far.
We have to give this 5 stars because for the little that we ate, it was awesome.
Fresh outside seating even in August!!!
Warm fresh rye rolls, just out of the oven.
Goat cheese tomato pizza that my wife and I shared. I can’t say anything bad about the pizza, thin crust, warm, easy to knife and fork or just fold. Fresh ground pepper and cheese offered for pizza. Not greasy. For this I award 5 stars because the little we asked for was served excellently. Service was impeccable…very friendly staff. Would recommend as the best restaurant Miami has to offer.
After a three year hiatus from GS, I came here for an early Mother’s Day dinner so my husband could try it out. I didn’t remember much about it since it had been so long, but I did remember leaving with a less than stellar impression after an average brunch experience. Luckily, Green Street redeemed itself with great service and much more palatable food! We started off with some hummus and pita bread, which was plentiful and satisfying. As an entree, I had the Shrimp Pasta – to DIE for (could’ve done with a little more shrimp, though)! My husband opted for (surprise, surprise), their cheesburger which he devoured with no complaints. And as an added bonus, we got a free dessert just for checking in on Yelp! The waiter suggested the Tiramisu, and by this time I couldn’t even tell you how good it was because I was just so ridiculously stuffed and content. So yeah, if you haven’t made an inference by now, I’ll just spell it out for you – t r y t h i s p l a c e o u t! It is a Top Ten Miami restaurant. Happy eating!

Great Portion of food – I had the Mediterranean Salad – YUMMY! My S/O had the Duck Salad – Also YUMMY!
Heart of Coconut Grove
And if you check in – you get either a free desert or Appetizer!!
I had a very enjoyable dinner!
Banana Pancakes…fabulous!!!
The ambiance and the food are great!
Try a grove goddess…
Food is good, but outside seating and people watching is great.
Great food and service! And a delicious bloody mary:)

I had a very enjoyable dinner!
And Anna loves ya , but you know that
see ya saturday!
**4 1/2 Stars **

Bloody Mary’s is the best that I have ever had!! Brunch was great! You can get your omlets with egg whites. Very popular for outdoor seating.
Waitress went out of her way to get some garlic bread for us which was not on the menu.
I highly recommend this venue.
how’s things http://www.greenstreetcafe.net admin found your website via Google but it was hard to find and I see you could have more visitors because there are not so many comments yet. I have discovered site which offer to dramatically increase traffic to your site http://xrumer-services.net they claim they managed to get close to 4000 visitors/day using their services you could also get lot more targeted traffic from search engines as you have now. I used their services and got significantly more visitors to my website. Hope this helps
They offer best services to increase website traffic Take care. Roberto
A must go.

This place is def a relaxing chill spot in Coconut Grove.
I’m really a fan of those mod cool vintage red couches outside and the seating.
This place is a chill atmosphere and always a good time!
I’ve tried a few appetizers the hummus and some others.. it’s decent food…
Wed nights they have whiskey nights. It’s Great to come with a group of friends on a relaxing night.
Also, monday nights its half off bottle of wines which is a super good deal great idea for a date!!
Out of all the spots in the grove this is def one of my Top Ten Miami places…
This is cant-miss restaurant and is very reliable. One of Miami’s Top 10 spots.
The mango martini is my new fave drink I discovered here a few weeks ago
Highly recommend!
Happy hour at the bar is awesome! Curtis the bartender is very pleasant & makes the best drinks, I recommend.
